What can I personalize?
Choose a wood type, shape and size, then add text, symbols or your own photo. You can resize, rotate and arrange the elements in the studio. Available options depend on the selected piece.
Can I use Arabic or accented letters?
Yes. The studio supports Arabic as well as English, Spanish and French text. Choose a suitable font and check the complete name or phrase in the preview, especially punctuation and mixed-language text.
Which photos work best?
Use a sharp, well-lit image with a clear subject. Strong contrast and a simple background usually make the composition easier to read. Try the different engraving modes in the studio. JPG, PNG and WebP uploads are supported up to 25 MB per file.
Will the finished wood look exactly like the preview?
The preview shows the layout and an approximate material appearance. Natural grain, wood tone and engraving contrast vary, and the actual finish depends on production settings. Final material samples and production specifications will be confirmed before live sales.
Can I save and share a design?
Yes. Save a draft on your device or create a shareable design link. Anyone who has the link can view the saved design and edit a copy. Keep links private if the design contains personal photos or information.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Live orders are not enabled in this preview. Before launch, the merchant will explain the approval process and the point after which production changes may no longer be possible. For now, you can edit and save designs in the studio.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Shipping destinations, production times and delivery charges are being finalized. They will be published before checkout is opened for live orders. The preview store does not promise a dispatch or delivery date.
Is there a charge for each photo preview?
No. Photo previews in the current studio are processed in the browser without a per-image AI charge. The demo product prices are separate sample values and are not final quotations.
Can I download my design?
You can download a wood preview, an artwork preview, an SVG proof or an editable design file. These files are useful for review and future editing. Production files may require further preparation for the engraving machine.
What should I check before confirming a design?
Check spelling, dates, photo placement, text size and the safe area. View the complete composition and make sure all important elements fit inside the wood shape. A saved preview records your layout; it does not automatically approve production.
