Before live sales begin, the merchant will publish the countries and regions served, available delivery methods, shipping costs, estimated production time and whether tracking is provided. Production time and transit time will be explained separately.
For a personalized order, the final design and delivery address must be checked before production. Any applicable duties, taxes, remote-area fees, address-change rules and lost or damaged parcel procedure will be disclosed in the final policy.
