Privacy & your designs

This privacy notice is a draft for the preview store. The merchant’s legal name, address, privacy contact, applicable jurisdiction and retention periods are pending. The final notice must be completed before collecting information for live sales.

The studio processes text and uploaded images in your browser to create a preview. Device drafts may be stored in your browser. If you save a shareable design, the design data, including the preview images it contains, is sent to the studio server. A share link can be opened by anyone who receives it; keep it private if the design contains personal information.

Store functions may process account details, basket contents, contact submissions and, when enabled, order and delivery information. Necessary cookies or local storage may support sessions and saved preferences. Any analytics, marketing tools, payment providers and external processors must be identified in the completed notice; optional tracking should only be activated after the required choice is provided.

The final notice will explain the purposes and legal grounds for processing, retention, transfers, security arrangements and how to exercise applicable privacy rights. Please do not upload sensitive documents or images that you are not entitled to use in this public preview.
