Returns & order changes

This is a draft policy for the preview store. Return windows, cancellation rules and the merchant’s returns contact have not yet been confirmed. Live orders must not begin until the final policy is published.

Personalized pieces may be subject to different cancellation and change-of-mind rules under the law applicable to the merchant and the customer. The final policy will explain these rules clearly. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If a finished piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from the confirmed order, contact the merchant with the order reference, a description of the issue and clear photos where useful. The final policy will state the contact method, response process and available remedies.

Please review spelling, dates, uploaded images and the preview before confirming a personalized design. The merchant will explain when a design becomes final and whether a change is possible after production begins.
